Baking things and getting to share them with my friends is one of my favorite activities.  I also love science and always knew that baking was full of chemistry.  However, I never delved into learning about what is happening when baking soda, flour, sugar, and eggs are put in a hot oven.  This blog is the exploration of new recipes and the science behind them.  I hope you enjoy!
